Terms of use

• Platform — the Yonsi website, apps, and services we provide
• User — anyone who accesses or registers on Yonsi
• Employer — a user who posts jobs or searches for workers
• Worker — a user who browses jobs, shows interest, or applies
• Content — jobs, profiles, messages, photos, resumes, and other material submitted or displayed on Yonsi

Yonsi provides a listing and communication platform only. We help employers post tasks and workers discover opportunities, express interest, and chat.

Yonsi is not:

• An employer, contractor, or agent of any user
• A party to agreements between users about work, pay, or schedules
• A payment processor, escrow provider, or guarantor of wages
• Responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any job

Any work arrangement, payment, tax obligation, or dispute is solely between the users involved, unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

To use Yonsi you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract under Indian law
• Provide accurate registration and profile information
• Not be barred from using the platform under applicable law

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone, device, and login credentials secure. Do not share OTP codes or access tokens.

You may register with phone OTP, Google, or Facebook. Information linked to those methods must be accurate and must belong to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, or that pose a risk to other users or the platform.

If you post jobs or hire through Yonsi, you agree to:

• Post truthful job details (scope, location, pay shown, schedule, work mode)
• Only offer legal work and comply with applicable labour and safety laws
• Not discriminate unlawfully in hiring
• Use applicant and worker data only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Not post spam, misleading listings, or jobs designed to collect fees fraudulently
• Respond fairly to interest and applications and update job status when filled or closed

If you browse jobs or show interest as a worker, you agree to:

• Keep your profile, resume, and categories accurate
• Apply or show interest only for work you intend to take seriously
• Communicate honestly with employers through chat
• Not misrepresent skills, identity, or availability

Employers may post jobs with categories, pay per worker, dates, and location. Workers may express interest; employers may shortlist, reject, hire, or cancel a hire through the platform workflows.

Chat is provided so users can discuss tasks. Messages may be stored to operate the service, handle abuse reports, and comply with law. Follow our community guidelines in all communications.

Location-based matching (remote, hybrid, on-site) is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that listings or workers shown are complete, available, or suitable for your needs.

Yonsi may display suggested pay amounts on job posts, but all payments are arranged directly between users (cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method they agree on). See our full payment disclaimer.

Yonsi does not collect job payments, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee that users will be paid.

You must not:

• Break any law or encourage illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others
• Post fake jobs, advance-fee scams, or phishing links
• Impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the platform without permission
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' intellectual property
• Circumvent security or access another user's account
• Use Yonsi for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content on Yonsi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

Yonsi's name, logo, and software are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or law, or that we reasonably believe harms users or the platform.

Unless we clearly label a profile or listing as verified, Yonsi does not guarantee background checks, identity verification, or suitability of any user. Any verification features we introduce will be described in the product and may be updated over time.

Yonsi is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, accurate geolocation, or that any user will complete work or pay as agreed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Yonsi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Conduct or content of any user or third party
• Off-platform work, payments, or disputes between users
• On-site or remote work performed through connections made on Yonsi

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Yonsi for paid features in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yonsi from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the platform, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Yonsi at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting yonsi@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations or risk to the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.

Disputes between users should first be addressed directly between those users. Yonsi may, but is not obliged to, help mediate abuse reports consistent with our community guidelines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
